I, the undersigned, do authorize any charges deemed necessary by Wasaga Riverdocks Hotel Suites. I agree to take full responsibility for my actions, and that of my group;
• Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property – having unregistered guests present will result in the loss of your security deposit payment and booking payment, with immediate eviction of all persons from the property.
• NO GUESTS ALLOWED, ONLY registered are allow on property.
• NO Visitors are permitted at any time.
• Guest shall not make noise that may disturb other guests.
• Large Gatherings or Party of any type is prohibited, and guest will be evicted.
• No pets in the units – $350 fine applies for such instances
• No Smoking inside your unit/rooms and balcony-$500 fine applies for such instances.
• Illegal activities of any kind are not permitted in Wasaga Riverdocks Hotel Suites.
• Wasaga Riverdocks Hotel is not held responsible for any theft or loss of any kind of valuables.
• Wasaga Riverdocks Hotel Suites reserves the right to refuse service for any cause deemed reasonable by management.
• No Refund under any circumstances.
• All vehicles must display a parking pass at all times during your stay, any vehicle without a parking pass will be subject to removal at the expense of the vehicle owner.
• Wash, dry and put away all dishes, utensils. Do not leave dishes unwashed or in the dishwasher: allow yourself plenty of time to complete this before your 11:00 am check-out.
• Remove ALL garbage from the Suite and on the hotel grounds and dispose into the waste garbage bins/dumpster. Do not leave waste on the Balcony or driveways.
• Please ensure that the furniture is undamaged and in the original position.
• Guest must be Minimum 21 years old and with Valid Credit Card on check in.
• Noise by-law of 11 p.m. is in effect on this property at all times. Failure to abide by this noise by law will result in forfeiture of deposit and possible removal from the property.
• Housekeeping Services are provided at an additional fee. Please let the front desk know if you would like housekeeping services during your stay.
• If you require towels or toiletries, attend the front desk, and these items will be provided to you.
• No Lifeguards on Property, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Children in your group must not be left unattended while on the Property at all times.
• Wasaga Riverdocks is not responsible for loss or damage of personal items.
• Check-in from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM Check-out from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM
• If check out early please call phone# provided upon check in, leave key card inside your unit.
• We require pre-authorized security deposit to be process upon check – in starting $300.00 – $2,000.00
• The capacities of units are determined by the fire department and cannot be increased.
• Limited parking & each units allocated only 1 parking spot. Additional parking is available upon request
